One-day Apologetics Seminar - “Making the Case for Christianity With Confidence”

This seminar trains students to go on the offensive with the case for Christianity, pressing the claims of Scripture and the reasonableness of belief in God with confidence rather than merely fielding objections. Sessions move from apologetics applied at the level of the individual believer's own faith and walk, to the field of textual criticism and the compelling case it makes for the Bible's reliability, to a bold philosophical case for God's existence grounded in the conviction that belief in God is itself a rational starting point rather than something that must first be proven, together with the weight of the believer's own experience of God as real evidence in its own right. Participants will come away equipped to guard and strengthen their own faith, to press the trustworthiness of the biblical text on its own terms, and to make the positive case for why belief in God is not just defensible but the default common sense position.
