RBI Class - Intro to Apologetics

Intro to Apologetics
Tuesdays, 6:30am - 7:30am

This class will be held on Tuesday mornings at the church this summer, starting on July 8.

There is no fee for this class, but Registration is required.

The required text is Why Should I Believe Christianity? by James Anderson. You can order this ahead of time, or copies will be available at the first class for $10.

An 8-week study of the defense of the Christian faith. 
This class will cover:

  • How to approach contending for the faith (methodology). 

  • Arguments for God’s existence, miracles, evidence for the deity and resurrection of Jesus Christ, science and the Bible, and the problem of evil and suffering.

Week 1: What is apologetics?
Week 2: How do we defend our faith?
Week 3: How do we know Christianity is true?
Week 4: How do we know God exists?
Week 5: Did Jesus really perform miracles?
Week 6: What are the evidences for the resurrection of Jesus?
Week 7: Does science contradict the Bible?
Week 8: Why is there evil and suffering in the world?
