If you call Village Church home, there is a place for you on serve teams on Sunday mornings. We believe that everyone has a part to play when we gather for worship!

When you serve on Sunday mornings, you help make Village a welcoming place where the Gospel of Jesus is proclaimed every week. Every time someone believes the Gospel for the first time or takes a next step in discipleship, all those who serve play a part in God’s work in the life of the church. So join us!

Opportunities:

Welcoming Team - reflect God’s love with every hello and demonstrate that every person is valued and cared for; help people find where they are going and find the coffee

Parking Team - the parking team is the first smile people see on a Sunday morning

Usher Team - welcome people in to the worship space and help them find a seat; help with offering and communion

Tech Team (graphics/web design) - if you have some skills in these areas, help us communicate all that God is doing in and through Village Church

Production Team (sound/video) - help make Sunday morning look and sound great as we proclaim the Gospel each and every week

VillageKids* - serving kids and serving parents with kids

VillageStudents* - Middle School and High School ministry - Sunday nights

Music - play music to the glory of God - Thursday night practices

Hospitality Team (cleaning/upkeep) - help keep our Sunday morning environments clean and inviting

Building Team (maintenance) - if you’re handy, this is the place to help maintain and repair the church property

People on most Sunday morning serve teams commit to serving 2 Sundays per month and serve team leaders schedule serving times around availability each month. We’d like to talk to you about any area you might be interested in, or anything else not listed here. Our church leaders are committed to equipping you to use your gifts to build the Church and advance the mission of Jesus.
